User interface tool for beam experimentation

Description

Development of a real-time Graphical User Interface (GUI) to monitor and (when applicable) control the beam characteristics and target station configuration. This will be achieved through an application that will use production ready libraries to display data and provide control. The application will be adaptable to both facilities through configuration. This deliverable will include source code and binary packaging, as well as developer and end-user documentation.
