Guideline on SEE qualification procedures for high complexity devices and board-level testing with VHE ion beams

Description

The synthesis of all the findings from the other WP5 deliverables will give rise to a guideline on how to use VHE ion beams for qualification of high complexity devices as well as board-level testing. This will guide industrial users throughout the selection of the most appropriate beam parameters for their devices/boards, as well as on the data interpretation and correlation with respect to the space applications.
