Verification of the beam parameter suitability for testing 3D structures

Description

This report will focus on the experimental findings derived from the testing of 3D devices within the two facilities. It will analyze how the beam is impacted as it travels through these thick devices, as well as if the beam provided by the two facilities is appropriate for ensuring beam uniform conditions.
